2016 Workplace Excellence
Share |

SHRM Hawaii has maintained a focus on helping the Hawaii HR leaders to achieve Workplace Excellence—an environment that is good for the employees, good for the company and good for the customers and the community.  One way we do that is through the annual Workplace Excellence Survey.  We have partnered with Metrus Group to offer a survey that provides insights on not only Engagement, but also Alignment—with business goals and strategies, and Capabilities –skills. Information and tools to meet the needs of your clients.  Metrus Group CEO Bill Schiemann, and leaders from Jack in the Box and Universal Weather presented examples of how this approach was developed, and how it has benefitted their organizations.

This survey will be offered again in September of 2016. Learn what profile best describes your organization; and take advantage of the table of strengths and opportunities included with each survey report, and the individual company training provided by SHRM Hawaii to learn how you can close the gaps!

Registration for the SHRM Hawaii Workplace Excellence Survey will be open through September 12, 2016.  Click here to download the registration form. The survey will be available online from Monday, September 19 through Friday, October 14, with reports provided in late October.  Participants will also be invited to a webinar in late October, to review the overall survey, and discuss any questions.  SHRM Hawaii representatives will be available to deliver workshops, custom developed for SHRM Hawaii, to provide further insights on applying the ACE information to your business.

Contact Christine Hutchinson with any questions about the program, or to learn about additional custom options (individual company readout, additional reports or demographics, etc.).  chutchinson@metrus.com, or 908 231-1900, x108.
