Take on the challenge: Become a 2017 Workplace Excellence Champion

SHRM Hawaii has maintained a focus on helping the Hawaii HR leaders to achieve Workplace Excellence—an environment that is good for the employees, good for the company and good for the customers and the community.  One way we do that is through the annual Workplace Excellence Survey.  We have partnered with Metrus Group to offer a survey that provides insights on not only Engagement, but also Alignment—with business goals and strategies, and Capabilities –skills. Information and tools to meet the needs of your clients.  Click HERE to learn more about the ACE framework.

This survey will be offered again in September of 2017. Here's what's new in 2017!

  • Automated Invitations:  Metrus will issue the survey invitations and reminders, using information provided from your HRIS system, making it easier for your employees.
  • On-line Dashboard and Reports: Each participating company will receive a private link to on-line results, which includes a summary dashboard, and all reports.  You will be able to create ad hoc reports using your survey results.
  • Participant Recognition: All participants (with their permission) will be acknowledged on the SHRM Hawaii website, the Metrus  Group website, and at the 2017 SHRM Hawaii Conference.

Registration for the SHRM Hawaii Workplace Excellence Survey will be open through August 25, 2017.  Click here to download the registration form.  The survey will be available online from Friday, September 1 through Friday, September 29, with access to reports available from Thursday, October 5, 2017.  Participants will also be invited to a webinar in October, to review the overall survey, and discuss any questions.

If you are interested in learning more about what to expect in the survey process, a sneak peek at the Metrus survey and an on-line dashboard demo, Metrus will host webinars at 9am on Thursday June 29 and Thursday July 13. Click here to sign up!
