Workplace conflict is inevitable, and it’s not all bad.  Healthy debate, innovation, and increased trust are some of the upsides of conflict. The key to conflict is to curb de-structive behaviors and replace them with productive behaviors.  Conflict is GOOD! in-creases self-awareness around conflict behaviors and helps participants discover how to effectively respond to the uncomfortable and unavoidable challenges of workplace conflict.

With Conflict is GOOD, HR Leaders will:

  • Learn the difference between destructive and productive conflict behaviors
  • Discover the critical impact that “automatic thoughts” have on conflict situations
  • Learn a formula to engage in conflict around ideas productively
  • Identify coaching questions to help reframe negative automatic thoughts
  • Have fun while they learn more about themselves and others

Productive behaviors during conflict ultimately improves workplace results and rela-tionships.  It enables people to manage conflict beyond consensus and engage in healthy debate to find the most impactful solutions.
