About our speaker: Margarete Hester, SHRM-CP is the Group Human Resources Manager at EAN Holdings, LLC and oversees the Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Generalist teams on Oahu, Big Island, Maui/Molokai and Kauai. She currently serves on the SHRM Hawaii Board of Directors for 2019.  She has over 20 years of Human Resources experience working in the United States and Canada.  She is also active with the Disability:IN Chapter in Oahu that promotes disability inclusion by heightening awareness, advising corporations and sharing proven strategies for including people with disabilities in the workplace, supply chain, and marketplace.
