Risk management is a process. You need to know the risks in your organization and have strategies to reduce their likelihood and impact. One essential strategy is to provide comprehensive training. It starts with new hire orientation, and can include health and safety, legal compliance, financial controls, giving corrective action, and other skills employees and managers need to reduce risk.

“I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand.”
~Confucius

If people forget the training—or remember but don’t put it into practice—it does not reduce your risk. How can you get people in your trainings to “do” so they understand and apply the principles when they get back to work? In this program, you will experience and practice techniques you can use in any presentation to get employees to remember what you're teaching so they will apply it back on the job.
