Company owners and HR professionals have to establish and enforce policies and procedures in order to run a successful company to the letter of various laws.  It is imperative to remain updated on all the laws and regulations that will affect how you operate an organization, manage employees/vendors and incorporate any changes to existing policies and procedures – from hiring to termination.

With the current policies and procedures outlined for your business, the latest hot topic of concern is the use of CBD oil and medical marijuana by employees and vendors, and how to navigate through all the changes.

  • What is CBD oil and medical marijuana? Is CBD oil and medical marijuana allowed for everyone in the workplace?
  • I see CBD products being sold everywhere. Aren’t they legal?
  • Learn the laws! There are differences on each topic: State versus Federal laws
  • How do I formally generate policies and procedures incorporating the law changes?
  • If I conduct business with Federal agencies and the like, will my revised policies and procedures incorporating CBD oil and medical marijuana jeopardize that business?
