NLRB Spotlight:  Recent Developments in Board Law which All Employers – Union or Non-Union – Need to Know

What are the latest trends with the NLRB?  Is someone an employee or independent contractor?  What employee attire is protected?  What information can be kept confidential?  What offensive conduct is actually protected?  What is protected activity?  Please join us as Joe Ernst and Kendra Kawai with Torkildson, Katz, Moore, Hetherington & Harris present a program answering these questions and more.  Participants will learn about the most current NLRB decisions to ensure compliance.
