Take on the challenge: Become a
Workplace Excellence Champion

SHRM Hawaii has maintained a focus on helping the Hawaii HR leaders to achieve Workplace Excellence—an environment that is good for the employees, good for the company and good for the customers and the community.  One way we do that is through the annual Workplace Excellence Survey.  We have partnered with Metrus Group to offer a survey that provides insights on not only Engagement, but also Alignment—with business goals and strategies, and Capabilities –skills. Information and tools to meet the needs of your clients.  Click HERE to learn more about the ACE framework.

New in 2018:  we will offer the survey in TWO rounds—March, 2018 and Fall 2018.  And we will continue to include the new features offered last fall:

  • Automated Invitations:  Metrus will issue the survey invitations and reminders, using information provided from your HRIS system, making it easier for your employees.
  • On-line Dashboard and Reports: Each participating company will receive a private link to on-line results, which includes a summary dashboard, and all reports.  You will be able to create ad hoc reports using your survey results.
  • Participant Recognition: All participants (with their permission) will be acknowledged on the SHRM Hawaii website.

Registration for the SHRM Hawaii Workplace Excellence Survey will be open through February  Click here to download the registration form or Click here to sign up online.  The survey will be available online from Monday, March 5 through Friday, March 30, with access to reports available fin early April.  Participants will also be invited to a webinar in April,  to review the overall survey, and discuss any questions.
